Job summary

Most Studios is looking for a mid-level Project Manager/Account Director to own the process from enquiry to signed project. You will coordinate quotes, proposals, and the pitch, while working closely with senior creative, strategic and operations teams to define scope and ensure timely delivery.

Based at our Stockholm office, you’ll manage timelines, nurture client relationships, and ensure our engagements move smoothly from first contact to signed agreement.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Director, Business Developer or Project Manager at an agency.
• Attention to detail and strong process orientation.
• Comfort coordinating across a creative team without final say on concept.

Responsibilities
