Job summary

Sandvik Coromant is seeking a proactive professional to join the CIO Office in Sweden. You will combine business development and IT transformation to shape how IT collaborates, delivers value, and governs assets across the organization.

Based in Sandviken or Stockholm on-site, you will translate strategic priorities into structured execution, lead cross-functional initiatives, and continuously improve IT Asset and Configuration Management.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in IT, business, engineering or a related field.
• Experience in business development, transformation, project or initiative management, process improvement, IT, or a comparable area.
• Proven ability to create structure, prioritize effectively and move multiple initiatives forward.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders across different parts of an organization.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, CMDB, ServiceNow, or CSDM is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support business development and transformation initiatives from definition and planning through execution and follow-up.
• Help execute strategy, improve ways of working, and create transparency across priorities and initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, innovation days, and other cross-functional improvement activities.
• Create clear communication and follow-up around progress, decisions, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and the business to move initiatives forward.
• Own and continuously improve IT Asset & Configuration Management, including governance, CMDB, data quality, and lifecycle management.
