Job summary

Safety Bolt is seeking a high-caliber operations leader to build an AI-first company from the ground up in Sweden. You will own end-to-end operations, automate processes, and drive growth in a high-uncertainty environment.

With a signed LOI for 47,000 sensors, you will turn strategic intent into delivered revenue, shape the commercial and financial engine, and recruit the next wave of leaders as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years at a top-tier strategy consultancy (McKinsey/BCG/Bain) or equivalent.
• Experience in an early-stage startup in a leading, full-ownership role.
• Ability to span commercial, financial, operational and administrative domains.
• High agency, self-direction and proactive decision making.
• Practical fluency with AI as a working tool.

Responsibilities

• Build an AI-first organization from the ground up with automated processes.
• Take ownership of day-to-day operations from week one.
• Convert the signed LOI for 47,000 sensors into revenue.
• Build the commercial pipeline end to end.
• Own the financial engine: cash plan, close, reporting, and funding prep.
• Recruit and onboard the next wave of hires and build operating structure.
• Extend role to maximize value and shape company vision.
