Job summary

Safety Bolt AB seeks an exceptionally driven strategist with startup exposure to join as a high-ambition leader. You will own core operational, financial and strategic tasks, collaborating directly with the founder and COO.

The role is designed as a stepping-stone to greater ownership as the company scales toward its large €13M LOI and beyond. You must thrive on solving novel problems, automate workflows with AI, and drive toward substantial valuation growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years at a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank, private equity, or a comparable analytical function.
• Experience at a startup in a leading role where you drove outcomes.
• Strong conceptual and analytical ability. You have built a model that a real decision was made on.
• Self-motivation and high energy: you set your own agenda and act without supervision.
• Strong practical use of AI to automate your own work, with something concrete you can show.

Responsibilities

• Take on a broad range of operational, financial and administrative tasks, learning the company bottom up while progressively taking on more responsibility and leadership
• Work with me and the COO to build the company AI-first. Let’s strive towards automating as much as possible, so that the leverage compounds for you and for the company
• Prepare the analysis behind pricing, market sizing, and go-to-market decisions. Build and own the financial model, the board pack, and the investor update
• Run parts of the commercial pipeline end to end: account research, outreach, follow-up, and CRM discipline
• Support the preparation of the next funding round
• Take on the work you see is needed without being asked, and grow your role in the direction where you create the most value
