Job summary

ULTEUM in Sweden is seeking a skilled Contract Manager for a long-term consultancy project in Northern Sweden. You will own the contract lifecycle end-to-end, manage risk, ensure compliance, and support commercial negotiations with cross-functional teams.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or related fields, 15+ years as a Contract Manager on industrial projects, and strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar frameworks. Multicultural collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration across all phases of the project.
• Review and interpret contractual documents, including owner, consultancy, and subcontract agreements.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, maintaining risk registers and mitigation strategies.
• Support legal and commercial teams on claims management and dispute resolution.
• Draft and review contract amendments, variations, and notices per agreed procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Act as the point of contact with client representatives, contractors, and vendors to maintain transparency and compliance.
• Maintain reporting, dashboards, and documentation tracking contractual performance and obligations.
