Job description

Senior Contract Manager – Videberg Kraft AB

Being part of the development of new nuclear power in Sweden is a unique opportunity – and a central part of the future sustainable energy supply.

Videberg Kraft is building a new nuclear power company from the ground up, where site development, infrastructure, and large-scale industrial delivery capabilities are established in parallel with project execution. As a project company, Videberg Kraft’s mission is to develop, construct, and operate Sweden’s future nuclear power.

We are now looking for two Senior Contract Managers who thrive in complex environments and want to play a key role in ensuring structured, high-quality contract execution across construction, infrastructure, and project partnerships.

Your role

As Senior Contract Manager in the Supply & Contracting team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and supplier relationships across defined work packages within construction, infrastructure, and site development.

You will be part of a small, experienced team working closely with industry partners, authorities, and international experts, in an environment where safety, quality, and long-term thinking always come first.

In this role, you will ensure that contracts are effectively structured, implemented, and executed, while maintaining control over scope, time, cost, risk, and change. You will play a key role in ensuring that deliveries progress according to plan and that interfaces between suppliers, contractors, and internal teams function smoothly and clearly.

Contract management & supplier collaboration
  • Establish and develop effective working relationships with contractors, suppliers, and project partners
  • Support and contribute to contract structuring, clarification, and implementation
  • Ensure alignment between contractual terms and project execution realities
Interface & coordination
  • Establish clear interfaces between suppliers, contractors, and internal functions
  • Ensure clarity around responsibilities, dependencies, and decision rights
  • Support coordination across technical disciplines and contracted parties
Project control & execution
  • Maintain control over scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change within your areas
  • Support structured decision‑making and issue resolution
  • Ensure contract execution supports overall project progress and delivery quality
Governance, collaboration & ways of working
  • Coordinate contract management activities across defined work packages
  • Manage suppliers and stakeholders through structured communication and escalation paths
  • Contribute to developing internal processes, methods, and ways of working
  • Support a culture defined by safety, quality, compliance, transparency, and execution
We are looking for someone who
  • Has a relevant academic degree, for example in engineering, business, or a related field
  • Has significant experience in contract management, procurement, or project management in complex environments
  • Has worked with large‑scale construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
  • Has experience handling complex interfaces between disciplines and contractual parties
  • Has a strong ability to create structure and clarity in technically complex environments
  • Understands regulated environments, and how requirements, quality documentation, and acceptance processes impact delivery
  • Is structured, resilient, and able to adapt when conditions change
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, and contributes to knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
What we offer
  • A key role in ensuring structured and high‑quality contract execution within one of Sweden’s most significant industrial projects
  • The opportunity to work in a complex, multi‑contractor environment with high impact on day‑to‑day delivery
  • A position in a small, experienced team with close collaboration across functions and partners
  • The chance to contribute to building processes, structures, and ways of working from the ground up
  • A culture defined by safety, quality, responsibility, and long‑term thinking
