We are looking for a Civil Supervisor to join a major industrial project in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil, construction activities on-site, ensuring that works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements.

Main Responsibilities
- Supervise civil, structural, and architectural construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project requirements, drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity, resource allocation, and construction progress.
- Verify construction quality through inspections, field observations, and review of completed works.
- Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with approved construction methods, procedures, and quality plans.
- Identify, document, and elevate construction deviations, non-conformities, and technical issues.
- Coordinate daily with engineering, construction management, planning, quality, and HSE teams.
- Support interface management between CSA activities and mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
- Participate in construction meetings, progress reviews, inspections, and site walkdowns.
- Review contractor schedules and support construction planning activities.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and provide regular status updates to project management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, punch list management, and handover activities.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure contractors adhere to site safety procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising construction activities within industrial projects.
- Proven experience with reinforced concrete structures, structural steel erection, foundations, buildings, and industrial infrastructure.
- Experience managing and coordinating construction contractors on site.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control processes, and industrial construction standards.
- Previous experience working on EPC or EPCM projects.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work on-site in Sweden.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in metals & minerals, mining, energy, heavy industrial, or large infrastructure projects.
- Experience in large-scale industrial construction environments.
- International project experience and multicultural team exposure.
- Familiarity with project controls, planning, and construction reporting processes.
- Knowledge of Scandinavian construction standards and practices is considered an advantage.

The expected salary range for this position is €60,000–€70,000 gross per annum. However, the final offer will be aligned with the candidate's level of experience, technical capabilities, skills, and the value they can bring to the project.
