Job summary

DLL is seeking a Team Lead for Contract Administration Sweden, based in Stockholm or Gothenburg with hybrid collaboration across both locations. You will lead a team of 19, ensuring agreements are validated and activated with high quality while driving continuous improvements to support partners, customers and business.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of leadership experience.
• Experience in an operational environment with a focus on quality, accuracy and execution.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Experience driving process improvements.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams across multiple locations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Contract Administration team.
• Ensure agreements are reviewed, validated and activated accurately and efficiently.
• Support the team in handling a broad range of transactions, from high-volume flow to complex deals.
• Build strong collaboration across Stockholm and Gothenburg in a partly remote leadership environment.
• Monitor performance, quality and service levels, remove operational obstacles, and ensure the team has the tools and support needed to succeed.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve quality and increase operational efficiency; drive these improvements.
• Work with Sales, Sales Support, the Customer Service Desk, Asset Sales and other stakeholders to enable smooth execution and a strong partner and customer experience.
• Contribute as an active member of the Operations Management Team and support the development of the wider organization.
