Job summary

DLL seeks a Team Lead for Contract Administration Sweden to guide a 19-person team across Stockholm and Gothenburg, with flexible base locations. You will drive high-quality agreement validation, activation and maintenance while pushing continuous improvements for partners and customers.

Reports to the Head of Operations in the Nordics as part of the Nordic Operations Management Team. You will lead two locations, foster a coaching culture, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Asset

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of leadership experience.
• Operational environment with a focus on quality, accuracy and execution.
• Ability to lead teams, drive results and manage competing priorities.
• Strong Swedish and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Contract Administration team.
• Ensure agreements are reviewed, validated and activated accurately and efficiently.
• Support the team in handling a broad range of transactions, from high-volume flow business to more complex and structured deals.
• Build strong collaboration across Stockholm and Gothenburg in a partly remote leadership environment.
• Monitor performance, quality and service levels, remove operational obstacles, and ensure the team has the tools and support needed to succeed.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve quality and increase operational efficiency. Drive these improvements with the team.
• Work closely with Sales, Sales Support, the Customer Service Desk, Asset Sales and other stakeholders to enable smooth execution and a strong partner and customer experience.
• Contribute as an active member of the Operations Management Team and support the development of the wider organization.
