Job summary

ERSG Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract & Change Leader for a major steel project in Northern Sweden. The role involves managing contract-related activities, coordinating with Project Managers, and mitigating risks on technically complex EPC/PMC projects.

You will liaise with clients and contractors, and lead a Contract & Change engineering team, with on-site work 3 weeks out of 4 and expenses covered. Applicants should have 12+ years in contract management within steel/mining/infrastructure

Qualifications

• 12+ years of contract management experience.
• Experience in Steel, Mining, Infrastructure, Engineering & Construction or Oil & Gas.
• Experience with EPC contracts and/or PMC/EPCM projects.
• Strong commercial, financial and risk management understanding.
• Experience with technically complex projects.
• Experience with Primavera and/or Aconex.
• Willing to work on site 3 weeks out of 4 with all expenses paid.
