Job summary

Aceve is seeking a customer support specialist in Sweden to help builders and contractors using Aceve's platform. You will be the first contact, solving problems, and ensuring customers leave with clear outcomes.

You'll join a small team of about 10 and develop product knowledge quickly, taking ownership of cases from start to finish while delivering accurate, friendly assistance in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or support role.
• Background in a customer-facing environment or academic equivalent.
• Fluent in Swedish; professional working proficiency in English.
• Structured, organized approach to work and task tracking.
• Comfort with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.
• Team mindset and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone and email (roughly 50/50).
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through Aceve's platform to appropriate solutions.
• Take full ownership of cases from first contact to resolution.
• Identify recurring questions and share insights to improve processes.
• Stay up to date with product changes to provide accurate, relevant help.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high quality and consistent customer experience.
