Job description

Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with Comos Aries and engineering workflows? We are looking for a hands-on professional to lead software delivery projects in Finspång.

Period:

1 Oct 2026 – 30 Apr 2027 (7 months) Possibility of extension

Work Mode:

100% On-site | No remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and deliver Comos Aries software projects according to scope and design brief.
• Manage budget, timeline, resources and project dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and maintain risk registers.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong Project Management & Leadership experience.
• Proven stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Comos platform and engineering workflows.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
