About the assignment

Project management for R&D (Development and Standards).

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Ensure project delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Create project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, contingency plans, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress continuously and provide detailed progress reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project changes and report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Manage the project team on a day‑to‑day basis, directing, developing and motivating the team.
• Collaborate with program managers and related projects to avoid duplication and oversight.
• Ensure project deliverables achieve the benefits specified in the business case.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager or in other managerial roles.
• Experience in project management related to gas turbine package area. Skills in GT package are considered valuable; knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems is advantageous.
• Experience handling agile projects is valuable.
• Ability to spend most of working time on site in Finspång.
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Project management certifications are a plus.
