Job summary

Lorensbergs Ltd in Gothenburg is looking for a Client Interaction Lead who will manage the full client journey from first contact through delivery and invoicing, ensuring clear, welcoming experiences for clients.

You will collaborate with consultants, clients and external partners, coordinating invitations, venue bookings, digital tools and virtual meetings while continuously improving processes and contributing to service sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in client coordination, programme administration, or project support.
• Strong organisational skills; ability to prioritise across several assignments.
• Experience with invoicing and financial administration.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with digital tools and AI to improve workflows.
• Clear, confident communication in Swedish and English.
• Experience in event coordination or sales of services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client interaction and programme coordination; with AI, coordinate client assignments with consultants and client representatives, manage invitations, participant communications, venue bookings, digital tools and virtual meetings, and provide administrative and technical support to consultants and participants; identify needs and contribute to service sales.
• Finance and processes; manage invoicing and related financial administration, develop invoicing processes and ways of working, improving coordination for colleagues and clients.
• Events; plan and coordinate internal and external events, bringing together people, logistics and communication for a boutique experience.
