Responsibilities

• Develop our business and customer operations by transforming our way of working and simplifying our portfolio and IT landscape.
• Create the foundation that allows us to become streamlined, transparent, quick-to-market and AI enables, delivering on business transformation goals by designing, implementing and rolling out our next generation BSS landscape for Telia B2B.
• Consult with stakeholders across the organization to translate needs into target ways of working and measurable business values.
• Cooperate with Customer Operations, Sales, Business Management and IT to balance digitalization with operations and drive change management.
