You will work closely with leaders, translate strategic goals into concrete approaches, and elevate talent reviews to support informed, business-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering leadership pipelines for critical roles.
• Strong knowledge of succession planning and executive assessment.
• Experience with talent reviews and development portfolios.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs in governance.
• Clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English; ability to handle sensitive information.
