Nordic Investin Group Aktiebolag is recruiting a Finance Transformation and Shared Services Lead for a partner company. You will shape the finance agenda across service delivery, systems and operating models, driving improvements that balance controls with value creation.

You will coordinate stakeholders, apply automation where appropriate, and translate goals into a target operating model with measurable service metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering finance transformation across service delivery, systems and operating models.
• Strong knowledge of target operating models and shared services.
• Experience applying automation and controls.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs with service metrics.
• Clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and handling sensitive information.
• Swedish language skills or Nordic experience is valued.
