Job summary

Exeger, a Swedish deep‑tech company in Stockholm, seeks a characterization engineer to own and evolve its electrical measurement systems used for characterizing solar cell technology. The role blends hardware, software and data analysis, working with researchers, development, and production teams to ensure reliable, repeatable measurements.

You will contribute to Python-based tooling, data analysis, and system improvements as Exeger scales its operations and industrializes measurement

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with relevant experience in electronics or measurement systems.
• Several years of experience with electronic components or electrical measurement systems.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Technical ownership of Exeger’s electrical characterization systems.
• Develop and improve measurement methods and test recipes for accuracy and repeatability.
• Troubleshooting, maintaining and developing electronics, instrumentation and software.
• Program in Python and enhance system functionality.
• Collect, analyse and quality‑assure large volumes of measurement data.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new measurement stations.
• Collaborate across Research, Development and Production teams.
