Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in growth engineering / experimentation.
• You've run the full growth loop: hypothesis, ideation, implementation, analysis.
• Comfortable forming and answering data questions.
• Experience mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth experiments end to end, from hypothesis to tracking.
• Design experiments using Confidence and data quality tools.
• Build tracking and instrumentation for reliable results.
• Collaborate with PM and Product Designer for prioritization.
