Job summary

CTEK in Sweden is seeking a structured and analytical System Engineer to join our Development team in Falun or Norrköping. You will work with low-voltage product portfolios, translating stakeholder requirements and applicable regulations into clear, verifiable specifications.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Compliance and Test & Validation teams to ensure functionality, quality and cost targets, while contributing to continuous improvement of our development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in mechatronics, electronics, software or related field.
• Experience with system engineering, requirements analysis and embedded systems.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder needs into structured, verifiable requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Compliance and Test & Validation teams.
