Job summary

Granode Materials AB is seeking an R&D Engineer to lead battery characterisation activities and drive insights bridging synthesis and performance targets. You will work at the interface of the synthesis lab and production objectives, delivering feedback to improve materials and processes.

The role requires hands-on lab experience in battery technologies, strong electrochemical expertise, and a track record of collaboration across academic and industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Proven laboratory experience with battery technologies.
• A degree with focus in electrochemistry and battery related materials synthesis is a merit.
• Strong grasp of electrochemical characterization techniques and fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain results clearly to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Collaborative spirit with constructive feedback to improve material performance.
• Experience in both academic research and industrial environments.
• Natural organizer with project coordination experience and ability to manage timelines.
