Job summary

IWG plc in Skövde is seeking a Customer Services & Sales Manager who sits at the heart of our growing global organisation. You’ll be responsible for the centre’s performance, including delivering sales targets, with autonomy to run the centre as if it were your own business.

You’ll lead a small team, generate sales by winning new business and upselling to existing customers, give tours to prospects, and ensure customers receive world‑class service that turns them into brand ambassadors for you,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team and delivering sales targets.
• Background in customer service or sales within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, resilience and problem-solving mindset.

• Manage all aspects of the centre on site.
• Generate sales by winning new business and upselling to existing customers.
• Giving tours to prospective customers.
