IWG in Sweden is seeking a Customer Services Manager to lead our centre's performance and operations. You will have autonomy and resources to run the centre as your own business, overseeing daily activity and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

You will guide a small team, deliver on targets, conduct tours for prospective clients, upsell to existing customers, and build brand ambassadors for IWG through outstanding service.
