Job summary

Abacus Medicine Group seeks a Field-based Key Account Manager in Sweden to establish and grow our cardiac surgery presence. You will travel to hospitals, engage with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, anaesthesiologists and pharmacists, and develop account plans for strategic adoption of cardioplegia products.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales preferred.
• Able to discuss clinical data with surgeons and other specialists.
• Strong communication and networking with hospital decision-makers.
• Proactive, independent, and structured approach to launching new products.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with cardiac surgery centres and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and execute account plans for hospitals with launch readiness focus.
• Map hospital decision-making and identify stakeholders influencing cardioplegia practices.
• Engage customers in high-quality scientific discussions within compliance guidelines.
• Drive onboarding and product introduction at hospitals and education for customers.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Marketing for coordinated engagement.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system and share market insights.
