The role

We are looking for a Solution Quality Lead consultant to drive and secure quality-related processes and ways of working within Connected Experience (ConX). In this role, you will lead quality-related topics across the unit, including facilitating ConX Operational Excellence meetings and following up on agreed KPIs.

Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, making networking and relationship-building key parts of the assignment. The assignment also includes supporting the unit in risk analysis, FMEA and similar quality methods, as well as driving the deployment of ConX ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives.
