Job summary

Tata consultancy Services in Stockholm seeks a TOSCA Automation Lead with SAP expertise to join our QA and SAP practice. You will shape automation strategy and drive innovation across enterprise-scale testing.

Collaborate with business, functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality testing across SIT, UAT, regression and release cycles; mentor automation engineers and drive CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software testing and quality engineering in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tosca and SAP testing (S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori).
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, API testing and related tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent Swedish & English.

Responsibilities

• Define automation strategy, standards, governance, and best practices for enterprise-scale testing.
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks supporting SAP applications and processes.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver testing across SIT/UAT/ regression/release cycles.
• Mentor automation engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and quality excellence.
• Support continuous testing by integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

You are comfortable working across multiple teams, influencing stakeholders, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Whether your experience comes from consulting, product organizations, or large enterprise environments, you'll find opportunities to grow and make an impact here.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in software testing and quality engineering, ideally within large enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca and test automation frameworks.
• Experience working with SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, FI/CO, MM, SD, WM/EWM, or similar SAP platforms.
• Knowledge of test management practices, defect management, and quality governance.
• Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, or related quality engineering tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
