Job summary

PRIMUS Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Architect with strong SAP S/4HANA O2C/O2D and ERP transformation expertise to align end-to-end sales, delivery and invoicing processes across SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The role focuses on O2C/O2D process ownership, global templates, governance, and collaboration with stakeholders across manufacturing environments. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in business architecture within complex ERP landscapes and BPMN/ARIS experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Architecture experience in ERP environments.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA O2C / SAP SD expertise.
• Proven experience in Order-to-Delivery within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of Sales, Delivery, Export and Invoicing processes.
• Experience as a Business Architect in complex/global ERP settings.
• Strong BPMN/process documentation experience; ARIS is preferred.
• Experience with SAP Enterprise Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own and safeguard the Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process within the ERP program.
• Drive end-to-end process alignment across Sales, Delivery, Finance, Procurement and Plan-to-Fulfill.
• Support Business Process Owners with process documentation, governance and global templates.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, target architecture and industry best practices.
• Identify and communicate business impacts, dependencies and process gaps.
• Collaborate with program stakeholders, process developers, realization leads and integration teams.
• Ensure seamless O2C integration across SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Seeking an experienced Business Architect with strong SAP S/4HANA O2C/O2D expertise to support global ERP transformation programs. The role will ensure end-to-end process alignment across SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Sales, Delivery and Invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities
