Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is seeking an experienced Business Architect to support a major ERP transformation programme for a leading Swedish manufacturer. The consultant will focus on SAP S/4HANA in O2C, O2D domains, and ensure alignment across ERP Backbone programmes, delivering scalable, industry-standard solutions.

Hybrid pattern: 3 days onsite per week. Collaboration with process owners, architects and service integrators will be key to success within a global, complex environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Architecture focused on ERP transformations.
• Extensive SAP S/4HANA experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• O2D domain experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with sales, delivery, export and invoicing processes.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Proficient in BPMN and ARIS process modelling.
• University degree in CS, IS, BT or related field.

• Shape and govern the Order-to-Cash process across a global ERP landscape.
• Align business processes, architecture principles and programme delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise to support an ongoing ERP transformation programme.

The consultant will join a leading End-to-End Architecture team and play a key role in shaping and governing the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process across a complex global ERP landscape.

The assignment will focus on aligning business processes, architecture principles and programme delivery across ERP Backbone (IEB) and Commercial Backbone programmes, ensuring seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The successful consultant will work closely with Business Process Owners, programme stakeholders, architects, process developers, realisation leads and service integrators to drive scalable, industry-standard solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Business Architecture with a strong focus on ERP transformation programmes.
• Extensive experience working with SAP S/4HANA, particularly within Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Documented experience within the Order-to-Delivery (O2D) domain in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of sales, delivery, export and invoicing processes.
• Significant experience operating within complex global organisations and transformation programmes.
• Experience developing and maintaining process documentation using BPMN methodologies.
• Experience working with ARIS process modelling tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to balance business objectives, architectural principles and delivery requirements.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology or a related discipline.
• Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week.
