Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Order-to-Cash architect to shape a major ERP transformation in a global context. You will influence process design, target architecture, and cross-functional ways of working across O2C and O2D.

You will strengthen the business-architecture capability, ensure end-to-end consistency, and guide decisions toward efficiency, scalability, and best practices in a complex international environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with Order-to-Cash in complex ERP transformations.
• Strong understanding of sales, delivery, and invoicing processes.

Requirements

• Completed a couple of real ERP implementations
• Strong expertise in the Sales area and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Solid understanding of sales, delivery, and invoicing processes
• Significant experience in business architecture in complex and global contexts
• Comfortable working with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment
• Experience in process documentation and process documentation tools
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
