Swedium Global is looking for SAP Business Analyst

The Scania Industrial ERP Backbone (IEB) program is driving the transformation of our global industrial ERP landscape. Within this program, O2C is a key process area with the accountability within the Sales & Marketing organization. To ensure success, we require an experienced consultant to extend our Business Architecture team to the program.
This role is fully and formally allocated to the IEB program (100% allocation) and will work in close collaboration with program stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end consistency across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, alignment with other IEB processes and the Scania target architecture.

• Represent and safeguard the O2C and O2D processes within the IEB program from a process and architectural perspective.
• Ensure business objectives and target architecture are adhered to, steering design decisions towards efficiency, scalability, and industry best practices.
• Act as a results-driven partner to the implementation project manager, focusing on pragmatic solutions and progress
• Support Business Process Owners (BPOs) in the establishment, documentation, and governance of global processes and templates.
• Facilitate change management and manage O2C-related change requests within the program.
• Collaborate with cross-program process streams and the Service Integrator to secure seamless integration.
• Ability to identify and communicate business impacts when aligning processes with industry standards.

Your Experience:

• Documented experience of the Order to Delivery domain for the manufacturing industry.
• Experience of automotive and complex products is a plus. Solid understanding of sales, delivery, and invoicing processes.
• Significant background in business architecture in complex and global contexts.
• Ability to operate with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.
• Experienced in process documentation and process documentation tools (Aris is currently used).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must.
