Job summary

HCL Technologies Sweden AB is seeking a Senior SAP Solution Architect to own end-to-end SAP service delivery, including production support, enhancements, and project transitions. You will partner with business stakeholders, drive governance, and lead or support SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.

The role requires strong consulting experience, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work across offshore and global delivery teams while advising on SAP best practices and process

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP delivery management experience.
• End-to-end SAP service delivery across production support, enhancements and projects.
• Governance, performance management and continual service improvement.
• Led or supported SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing advisory skills.

• 10+ years of experience in managing SAP delivery
• Own end-to-end SAP service delivery across production support, enhancements, and project transitions
• Manage service governance, operational performance, and continual service improvement.
• Proven experience leading or supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.
• Experience working in consulting environments or client-facing advisory roles.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into SAP capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops with business users and functional teams.
• Advise leadership on SAP best practices and process improvements.
• Drive alignment between business priorities and IT delivery.Strong understanding of SAP DevOps, release management
• Experience managing offshore and global delivery teams.
