Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Payroll Specialist / HR to manage the full payroll cycle for blue- and white-collar staff. You will register employees, report payroll data, review expense claims, and adjust during monthly runs while interpreting legislation and collective agreements.

You will also collaborate with HR on contracts, reporting, statistics, and archiving, and help advance payroll processes and routines for the organization.

Qualifications

• Completed payroll administration training.
• Strong system skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire payroll process for blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Register employees, report payroll data, review expense claims and discrepancies, and make adjustments before monthly payroll processing.
• Handle pensions, insurance, taxes and employer contributions, and support time reporting and payroll-related statistics.
• Prepare employment contracts, reporting, statistics, and document archiving in HR administration.
• Contribute to developing and improving payroll and personnel administration processes.
