Job summary

Lyten is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery across the organization, including time and attendance for blue- and white-collar workers. You will drive payroll system implementations, migrations, and global payroll governance in a complex, fast-growing environment.

Required: 7+ years of hands-on payroll experience, Swedish legislation expertise, and proficiency with ADP and Workday. Native Swedish and professional English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on payroll experience, including end-to-end processing.
• Experience in a manufacturing or global organization.
• Extensive experience with Swedish payroll laws, tax regulations, reporting and CBAs.
• Proven experience leading payroll system implementations and migrations.
• Experience liaising with Skatteverket and Försäkringskassan.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Swedish operations.
• Ensure compliance with Swedish legislation, CBAs and tax rules.
• Lead payroll system implementations and migrations, including requirements gathering and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and external vendors to ensure payroll operations and regulatory compliance.
• Produce payroll, tax reports and statutory filings; maintain payroll documentation and controls.
