Dustin Sweden is seeking a Bid Manager to lead strategic tenders from qualification to submission, ensuring compliant and compelling proposals that drive growth. You will coordinate Sales, Delivery, Legal and Finance, shaping processes and tools and owning critical bids with autonomy.

You're a curious, experienced bid professional with a degree and several years in bids, tenders, or similar opportunities, well-versed in public procurement law and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• Several years of experience leading complex bids, tenders, proposals, or similar cross-functional opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of public procurement law (LOU) and excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned tender projects from qualification through submission, ensuring compliant, high-quality and competitive proposals.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance and other functions to develop tender responses.
• Write and refine bid content, provide structured handovers for won tenders, and evaluate unsuccessful bids for continuous improvement.
