Job summary

Dustin AB in Sweden seeks a Bid Manager to lead strategic tenders, combining structure, stakeholder management, and compelling proposal writing to influence business success.

You will join a close-knit Tenderdesk Sweden team, collaborating with Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other support functions to shape processes, tools, and ways of working while driving high-quality tender responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• Several years of experience leading complex bids, tenders, proposals, or similar cross-functional opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of public procurement law (LOU).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned tender projects from qualification through submission, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance and other functions to develop compelling responses.
• Write and refine bid content and ensure structured handovers for won tenders.
• Evaluate unsuccessful bids to drive continuous improvement and learnings.
• Collaborate with the team to influence bid processes and tools.

Your role & influence as Bid Manager

Responsibility:

You will be given responsibility for leading strategic tender projects from qualification through submission, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals that support Dustin's growth while coordinating stakeholders across the business.

Collaboration:

Together with your team, you take care of delivering high-quality, compliant, and competitive tender responses that help Dustin win strategic business opportunities. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments such as Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other internal support functions to ensure successful outcomes.

Core activities:

• Lead assigned tender projects from kickoff to submission, ensuring compliance with requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.

• Coordinate and engage stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other functions to develop compelling and competitive tender responses.

• Write and refine bid content, provide structured handovers for won tenders, and evaluate unsuccessful bids to drive continuous improvement.
