Job summary

Sheraton Stockholm Hotel in Stockholm is seeking a Chef for the Banqueting Kitchen to lead culinary services for banquets, events and buffets.

You will take full responsibility for your section, ensure quality, safety and presentation, and collaborate with the Banqueting team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Full-time or part-time roles offered after a 6-month probation, with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary education or on-the-job training.
• At least 3 years of culinary experience, preferably in banqueting or high-volume production.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, speed and accuracy.
• Good teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of recipes, production methods and presentation standards.
• Flexibility according to operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food for banquets, events and buffets.
• Take full responsibility for your section, including quality, preparation and presentation.
• Support ordering, stock control and stock rotation when required.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Work closely with the kitchen and Banqueting team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
