Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality cold dishes for breakfast, lunch, banquet and à la carte operations.
• Ensure food is prepared, stored and presented according to regulations.
• Maintain high levels of quality, consistency and presentation.
• Support banquet and event operations with cold food preparation and setup.
• Work closely with kitchen colleagues for efficient daily operations.
• Assist with stock control, inventory management and waste reduction.
• Follow all health, safety and sanitation procedures.
• Contribute to departmental goals and maintain a positive team environment.
• Keep workstations clean, organized and ready for service.
