COREcruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Chef in Stockholm to lead the culinary direction for a prestigious venue. You will drive strategy, develop innovative menus, and manage a high-performing kitchen team in a fast-paced events environment.

The role requires fluent Swedish and English, strong budget awareness, and a track record of delivering exceptional food experiences across conferences, exhibitions, and large-scale events. Stockholm location with a senior leadership remit.

Formación

• Proven experience leading large-scale catering or events.
• Strong culinary creativity for diverse menus.
• Experience building and developing kitchen teams.
• Understanding of food costs and budgeting for high-volume operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the culinary strategy and menu development for high-profile events.
• Create innovative, high-quality food concepts for diverse audiences.
• Manage a core kitchen team of 5–7 FTE plus event staff.
• Ensure excellence in food quality, presentation, safety and sustainability.
• Optimize kitchen operations, processes and cost control.
• Manage supplier relationships and support financial performance.
• Collaborate with event teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of culinary trends.
