Responsibilities

• Manage a core kitchen team of 5–7 FTE plus event staff.
• Ensure excellence in food quality, presentation, safety and sustainability.
• Optimize kitchen operations, processes and cost control.
• Manage supplier relationships and support financial performance.
• Collaborate with event teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of culinary trends.
