We believe in the power of great people and are committed to driving innovation, diversity, and sustainability. Globally we are more than 150,000 people in 100+ countries.

Your role

You will be a key technical contributor, taking ownership of automation projects from early design to final commissioning. Working closely with customers, sales, and project managers, you will help define requirements and deliver reliable, high‑quality solutions within power distribution and data centre environments.

You will work with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, combined with modern hardware for electrical power distribution. Our solutions include switchgear, protection systems, data acquisition, and industrial networks using multiple communication protocols.

Projects vary in size—from smaller installations to full‑scale deliveries for major developments—and typically involve voltage levels between 400 V and 20 kV.

What you will be doing
  • Lead the technical aspects of automation projects from start to finish
  • PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming (ST, FBD) and commissioning
  • Configure and commission networks, gateways, and communication protocols
  • Work on‑site in customer environments (e.g. substations and data centres)
  • Install, configure, test, and commission customer equipment
  • Work with switchgear, protection relays, measuring instruments, UPS, and backup power solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to understand needs and deliver optimal solutions
What will help you succeed
  • Relevant technical education in electrical engineering, mechatronic engineering, computer engineering, automation or IT
  • Experience with PLC programming (vendor‑independent experience is welcome)
  • Experience with HMI and SCADA systems
  • Knowledge of electrical power systems and automation projects
  • Familiarity with industrial Ethernet and communication protocols such as Modbus, Modbus TCP, IEC 61850, IEC 60870‑5‑104, or DNP3
  • Technically curious, solution‑oriented, and motivated by learning and development
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team and take pride in delivering high‑quality results
  • Fluent in English. Swedish is a plus
