Job summary

Schneider Electric Sweden seeks a motivated project manager to drive multi‑activity projects from sales handover to execution. You will build strong customer relationships, manage scope, timelines, and financials, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure deliveries meet contractual requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, risk management, and proactive planning in a technical power solutions environment, with flexible hours and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
• Commercial mindset with project and stakeholder management experience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Job description

What you’ll be doing:

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive financial performance and ensure deliveries align with contractual technical scope and timelines in collaboration with technical teams.
• Take ownership of project scope validation, contract terms, and handover from sales to project execution.
• Develop and manage project plans, financials, and reporting using advanced project tools and systems.
• Effectively manage risk, change requests, stakeholder relationships, and coordination with technical teams.

What will help you succeed:

• Interest in multi‑activity project management and ability to build strong customer relationships as well as collaborate effectively with sales teams.
• Previous work experience in a technical field in project management with digital power solutions, SCADA solutions, Medium or High Voltage experience (preferred, not required).
• A degree in electrical engineering or another engineering discipline (preferred, not required).
• A commercial mindset with project and stakeholder management experience that weighs heavier than a technical background.
• A collaborative team player who supports colleagues, drives shared results, and takes ownership of planning, executing, and completing assigned activities.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
