Communardo Sweden is seeking a staffing and delivery leader who will staff engagements, manage utilization, and act as the direct line to customers for delivery. The role involves close collaboration with Team Leads to balance staffing and consultant development, and to support sales with capacity planning for new opportunities.

You will be responsible for staffing decisions, monitoring utilization, and ensuring successful delivery across engagements, while maintaining strong Swedish and English

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Atlassian consulting or professional services.
• Credible with customers and consultants on Jira, Confluence and Atlassian Cloud.
• Experience in staffing, utilization and customer delivery.
• People leadership for consultants.
• Strong numeracy for CWR, utilization, capacity, forecasting and margins.

Your Mission

• Staff your engagements with the right consultants and plan ahead across current and upcoming work.
• Keep CWR / utilization healthy for your team and your engagements and contribute to healthy utilization across Communardo Sweden.
• Be the customer's direct line for delivery: track status, scope and contracts, spot risks early and handle escalations.
• Work closely with the other Team Leads so staffing and consultant development support each other.
• Flag sellable capacity to the Country Sales Manager and support Sales with staffing of new opportunities and proposals.

Your Profile

• Solid experience from Atlassian consulting or professional services - credible with both customers and consultants on Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Atlassian Cloud.
• Experience from resources, delivery or engagement management, with responsibility for staffing, utilization and customer delivery.
• Experience as a people leader for consultants.
• Comfort with the numbers: CWR / utilization, capacity, forecasting and margin.
• The ability to balance many engagements, people and priorities - and to make clear staffing decisions that hold up.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English and based in or near one of our locations.
• Experience from an Atlassian Solution Partner, Cloud migrations, ITSM/ESM or Atlassian AI/Rovo is a plus.
