Job summary

Position Green AB is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to support customers throughout their sustainability journey. You will manage accounts, drive retention, and lead the introduction of new services. This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure customers maximize their use of Position Green's products.

Candidates should have a relevant degree, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of Swedish and Norwegian is a plus. This position offers a blend of office and remote work in Stockholm.
