Job summary

Klipboard is seeking a Finance Administrator in Sweden to manage day-to-day accounts receivable, payroll administration, and general finance support. You will ensure contract accuracy, billing schedules, and customer data integrity while supporting Swedish regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and strong communication in Swedish and English, with hybrid work and opportunities for development within a growing IT company.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, invoicing and collections.
• Basic accounting knowledge including journals and reconciliations.
• High accuracy and ability to run recurring tasks reliably.
• ERP or payroll systems experience; Fortnox or similar is a plus.
• Strong English and Swedish written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, raise invoices and monitor billing schedules.
• Review contracts for pricing, terms and billing frequencies.
• Maintain customer master data and reconcile payments.
• Support payroll inputs, holidays and salary data in line with Swedish rules.
• Provide general finance and administrative support and respond to queries.
