Job summary

Badger Meter is seeking a Finance and Administration Coordinator in Sweden to perform complex accounting tasks and ensure accurate ledgers. You will handle AP/AR, reconcile accounts, and support monthly close with attention to detail and professional judgment.

Strong Excel skills, Swedish/English communication, and experience with ERP/financial systems are required to thrive in this role. Flexible work hours and development opportunities are offered within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
• Experience in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, customer invoicing and collections.
• Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare reports, VAT and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with inventory/Logistics as needed.
