Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and high-quality payroll and financial reporting. You will liaise with auditors, regulators, and tax advisers while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role requires Swedish and English fluency, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of Swedish GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with payroll processing and expense reporting.
• Ability to liaise with insurances, tax advisors, auditors and client managers.

Responsibilities

• In charge of designated portfolio of clients ensuring timely and qualitative processing of queries.
• Pick-up and reflect accounting entries from legal documents in Swedish and English.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end payroll process for client employees with confidentiality.
• Review and validate payroll documents and expense reports for accuracy.
• Deal with local Swedish providers (tax advisors, tax authorities) and review supporting documents.
• Review transaction profiles and risk forms as needed.
• Act as a director on client SPVs.
