Axo Group, a leading Nordic FinTech, seeks a Business Performance Manager in Stockholm. The role blends partner management with data-driven performance optimization across unsecured loans, mortgages, and cards.

You will design experiments, leverage AI tools, and collaborate with Product, Tech, Finance and Marketing to scale partnerships and drive mutual growth. We value a sharp commercial mindset, strong analytical ability, and fluency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in analytical/commercial roles (consulting, banking, fintech, marketplaces, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, problem-solving mindset
• Genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools to work faster and smarter, with a builder's mindset toward automation and experimentation
• A proven relationship builder who can challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• Fluent in Swedish and professional English

Responsibilities

• Own business performance across the Swedish bank partner portfolio: build dashboards, run structured performance reviews and QBRs, and design experiments that move the numbers.
• Use AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis, surface opportunities, size impact, and prioritize where to focus.
• Own and deepen relationships with 40+ Swedish lenders, collaborating on Nordic partners when needed.
• Lead commercial negotiations and new partner onboardings with business cases, pricing and payout analysis, and performance follow-up.
• Drive business development initiatives: identify new partnership opportunities, product angles, and growth levers across Loans, mortgages, and Credit Cards.
• Improve business logic, optimize processes, and enhance customer experience end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales to refine APIs, user flows, and conversion.
