Qualifications

• Proven experience leading growth, monetization or CMO/marketing roles.
• At least 4 years in a comparable environment (apps a plus).
• Hands-on with AI tools: LLMs, automation, agentic workflows, prompts.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for growth and monetization strategies from plan to execution using AI agents.
• Develop scalable campaigns across acquisition, activation, retention and upsell via AI.
• Set measurable goals and monitor ROI, KPIs, and performance in real time.
• Optimize pricing and user journeys via AI analytics and automated experiments.
• Ensure consistent cross-channel execution with AI-managed messaging and delivery.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitors with AI insights.
• Lead process improvements for efficient, repeatable growth operations.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design to implement high‑impact features.
