Job summary

Mentimeter is hiring a Senior Search & Discoverability Lead to own and evolve the company’s discoverability across traditional and AI-driven channels. You will design and build the AI-native operating system for discoverability, and create scalable workflows that integrate AI models, analytics, and content production to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SEO experience, preferably in-house.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy and search intent.
• Experience growing large, international websites.
• Experience with localization at scale.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and paid search.
• Experience with AI search and LLM visibility.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows, automations or agentic systems.
• Super user of modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Strong understanding of APIs and MCPs.
• Strong commercial mindset with experimentation and analytics to drive outcomes.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve Mentimeter’s technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, information architecture, international SEO, structured data, Core Web Vitals and user experience.
• Own Mentimeter’s discoverability strategy across Organic, Paid, AI Search, YouTube, Reddit and Communities.
• Design and build the AI-native operating system that powers discoverability at Mentimeter.
• Create scalable systems to research competitors, identify opportunities, generate content briefs and publish improvements.
• Define success metrics, measure business impact and evolve how Mentimeter approaches discoverability.
• Build systems and guidance to enable Product Marketing, Brand, Customer Marketing and Product teams to create better content.
