Job summary

Lovable is hiring a lifecycle marketing lead to own activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation for the self-serve base. You will work hands-on in an AI-first setup, shaping how millions of builders experience Lovable every day.

Based in Stockholm with expanding teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco, you’ll design adaptive lifecycle programs and partner with Data, Product, and GTM to ensure messaging feels native, timely, and valuable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2C lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing at consumer or PLG scale

Responsibilities

• Operate lifecycle marketing for activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Lifecycle PoC for product launches, experiments, and GTM moments
• Design intelligent lifecycle programs with rules-based or algorithmic decisions on who to message, when, and via which channel
• Work AI-first across content generation, personalization, segmentation, decisioning, and analysis
• Build data-driven optimization into lifecycle programs, measuring incremental impact
• Partner with Data, Product, and GTM teams to ensure native, timely messaging
