Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a team of AI specialists delivering Agentforce solutions within complex customer environments. This hands-on leadership role focuses on engineering excellence at the executive level.

You will blend Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists, set technical standards, unblock deployments, and scale production AI initiatives across enterprise accounts while partnering with Product, Services, and Account Success teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and enterprise software deployments.
• Experience guiding pilot programs, beta rollouts, and customer deployments.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems or AI orchestration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a blended delivery team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists.
• Set engineering standards and unblock complex customer deployments.
• Drive AI adoption and measure delivery velocity with core metrics.
• Collaborate with Services, Account Success, and Product teams.
• Maintain technical authority across Salesforce platform and data pipelines.
